The plain version. NXTWK is a digital studio: we build the first version of your website for free, and if you keep it we host and maintain it. Below is how that works, and how we handle your data.
NXTWK designs and builds websites. We build a first version as a free demo. There is no obligation to continue — if you do not want it, you owe nothing (“no cure, no pay”).
If you decide to keep your site, we agree the scope, hosting and maintenance in writing (by message or invoice) before any charge. Pricing, payment terms and what is included are set out on the invoice you receive. Recurring hosting and maintenance continue until either side cancels.
Invoices are due on the date shown on the invoice. Where an invoice is split into instalments, each instalment is due on its own date. We accept card (via Stripe), bank transfer and other methods listed on the invoice. Late or unpaid invoices may pause hosting or support until settled.
Once an invoice for your site is paid in full, the content and design delivered for that site are yours. Underlying tools, templates, code libraries and components we reuse across clients remain ours. We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
You are responsible for the accuracy of content you give us and for having the right to use it (text, images, logos, trademarks). You agree not to use anything we build for unlawful purposes.
We take care to deliver work that is functional and fit for purpose, but services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, NXTWK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Either side can end an ongoing engagement with reasonable notice. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law. We may update these terms; the version shown here is the current one.
We only collect what we need to talk to you and build your site.
To reply to you, prepare a demo and proposal, deliver and support your site, send invoices, and improve the site. We do not sell your data.
Only the providers we need to run the service — for example payment processing (Stripe), hosting infrastructure, and map/place lookups. They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
We keep enquiry and project data for as long as needed for the work and our records, then delete it. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time — just email us.
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to remember your language and currency preference and to keep the site working. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear them in your browser at any time.
